Hi Dr.Deaton.
I'm in the marketing for a good infertility doctor.  Though, I don't have a problem getting pregnant, my last 3 losses stopped @ 7wks.   I have been to Lynnhurst and Hawthorne and both places, I've loved but have ended up with bad experiences...   Dr is either cold, monotoned and treating me as a number.

I would like to know after all the basic tests are done, what other tests could you consider to be performed??   I've had hormonal abnormailities, metabolic, uterine, antiphospholipid(positive), thrombophilias tests done.   I did take heparin and aspirin on my last pregnancy, but that did not solve the recurrent problem.  Currently, awaiting chromsomal analysis results.

Also, I'm always thinking about the problem I am having so could the IUD for 5 years, thining of the uterus lining cause my miscarriages?

3362937429(HM) or I can await your response here.

Thanks for your message. Pregnancy loss is one of the most difficult things to deal with - I'm sorry it hasn't worked out yet. Looks like you've had the basic workup with a positive antiphospholipid antibody. I assume the HSG was normal and that your chromosomes (mother and father) are both OK. If there is a positive antibody, then the focus would probably be on lovenox and baby aspirin with your next pregnancy. I don't think the IUD for 5 years has anything to do with this. Let me know if you want to have a face to face. Blessings.

Don't lose hope yet. Often, if you are persistent, things all line up correctly. Let me know if I can help in any other way.
